How long does shipping take?
It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout: FLEXRIDE shipping: Free, Within 7-10 working days, Express shipping (كراسي الإسترخاء المطورة): 65 SAR, Within 3-7 working days, and Bicycle & scooter shipping (الدرجات, سكوترات كهربائية, and سياكل ثلاث كفرات): Free, Within 3-7 working days. Paying with Tabby or Tamara adds 2 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes — “FLEXRIDE shipping” is free on every order, with no minimum. For faster delivery: Express shipping (كراسي الإسترخاء المطورة): 65 SAR, Within 3-7 working days.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery in original condition. Details in the returns policy.
What is the warranty?
A 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Which payment methods are available?
The live methods are shown at checkout (mada and credit cards, digital wallets when available).
How do I track my order?
From the order-tracking page with your order number and email, or from your account.
Can I pay in another currency?
Other currencies are display-only; payment is in Saudi riyals.
