Returns & exchanges

This page is part of the terms of dealing with FLEX RIDE. The values in it (return window, shipping fees…) are read from the very same store settings applied at checkout.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and the invoice. Used items or items damaged by misuse are not accepted.
How to return
Submit the return from your account or via support@flexridestore.com with the order number and reason; we will send shipping instructions. Returns of defective or wrong items are completely free.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the item, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Warranty
Our products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidents or unauthorised modifications.
