Shipping policy

This page is part of the terms of dealing with FLEX RIDE. The values in it (return window, shipping fees…) are read from the very same store settings applied at checkout.
Coverage
We currently ship to: Saudi Arabia. When new countries are added this page and the checkout update automatically from the same setting.
Shipping fees
Standard shipping costs SAR 25 per order, and shipping is free when the order subtotal reaches SAR 300 or more. The final fee is shown clearly in the order summary before payment.
Handling & delivery times
We prepare your order within 1 business day; delivery then takes 1–5 business days depending on the region.
Tracking
Once shipped you receive a message with the tracking number and the carrier link; you can also follow the status on the order-tracking page or in your account.
Delays or damage
If a shipment is late or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and we will resolve it immediately (reshipment or refund).
