This page is part of the terms of dealing with FLEX RIDE. The values in it (return window, shipping fees…) are read from the very same store settings applied at checkout.
Acceptance
By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms and to the linked shipping, returns and privacy policies.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation message. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or stock-out, with a full refund.
Prices & VAT
Prices are in Saudi riyals. VAT (15%) is added at checkout and shown clearly in the order summary. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only.
Payment
Payments are processed by a licensed Saudi payment gateway. The final amount is computed on our servers from the official store prices and cannot be altered from the browser.
Liability
We supply genuine products as described. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to product or safety instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
