This page is part of the terms of dealing with FLEX RIDE. The values in it (return window, shipping fees…) are read from the very same store settings applied at checkout.
Overview
The FLEX RIDE loyalty program rewards your purchases with points redeemable for real discounts at checkout.
Earning points
You earn 1 point(s) for every 1 SAR actually paid for products (after discounts, excluding shipping and VAT); higher tiers earn a multiplier. Points are added automatically after payment and are reversed when an order is cancelled or returned.
Redeeming
Redemption starts from 200 points on carts of 150 SAR or more; every 100 points are worth 5 SAR. Points may cover at most 25% of the products value, and the redemption is shown as its own line at checkout and on the invoice.
Tiers
The more you spend, the higher your tier and its extra benefits. Your current tier and what remains to upgrade are shown in your account.
Fair use
We may suspend loyalty accounts in cases of fraud or abuse, with notice to the customer. Points cannot be converted to cash.
